My email has changed. How do I update this information on my account?

To change your email at any time, visit the settings page on the dashboard and select “Change Email”. You will be prompted here to enter a new email with your password.

Can I delete a user from the kitchen?

To delete a user with access to your kitchen you must be a designated Kitchen Manager. Begin by going to the Settings page and scrolling to Account Management panel. From this list of users, click the bin icon next to the user you want to remove.

There seems to be a problem with my account. Im not getting any data, what do I do?

If you feel Kioti is not configured correctly – either you are receiving incorrect or no data – please contact our support team by filling out a ticket here. Please describe the issue and a member of the Kioti team will be in contact to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
