What is Kioti and how does it work?
Kioti is a fully integrated SCADA solution for managing, reporting and controlling critical systems in an operational kitchen. Kioti works by combining a number of technologies and communication protocols to transmit and store data from devices within your kitchen. Kioti is able to monitor or control ventilation, metering, food storage temperatures and more.
Can I customise my Kioti?
Kioti is designed to fit your kitchen. To this end, Kioti is customisable hardware and configurable elements within the dashboard. Change device names, user permissions and temperature thresholds for alerts at any time on the dashboard, and add extra Bluetooth temperature sensors to match suit cold storage set up.
Do I have the latest version of Kioti?
To see whether you are using the latest version of Kioti for mobile, visit either the App Store on iOS or the Google Play Store on android to look for manual updates. Otherwise enable background App updates for Kioti to be updated automatically as updates are released.
How do I configure my temperature sensors?
To change the Name and temperature thresholds of a Blueooth Low Engergy Sensors go to the device page and click on the name field. N.B By changing the temperature thresholds you are changing the point at which you will be alerted – please proceed with care.
