I’m re-purposing a fridge/freezer to store a different type of food – how do I set the new thresholds?

On the Overview Screen, select HACCP Temperatures, Select the appliance you want to change, select either the Upper or Lower Limit and enter the new temperature.

How do I rename my Fridge/Freezer?

On the Overview Screen, select HACCP Temperatures, Select the appliance you want to rename, select the pen symbol next to the existing name and enter the new appliance name.

How do I fix an Equipment alert?

If a piece of equipment is in fault, its sending a signal to say its in fault.  Unless the fault itself is repaired, the equipment will remain in fault.  All you can do is Investigate the fault, reset the equipment or call an Engineer!    If you can’t reset the fault by resetting the equipment - its probably time to call an Engineer!

I’ve reset the equipment, but I need to call an Engineer – will I keep getting alerts every 20 mins?

If you need to call an Engineer, check with the Kitchen Manager to find out how quickly the Engineer will arrive.  You can then choose “Call Engineer” and select an appropriate ‘Snooze’ time to avoid unnecessary alerting.
