Your kitchen ventilation has two operational modes:

• Automatic – allows Kioti to manage supply and extract fan rates to optimally control fan speeds based on environmental inputs – optimising energy use whilst maintaining a safe and compliant environment.

• Manual – gives full control to the Kitchen Manager to boost fan speeds when required. In-built safety features prevent operational levels being set to below what is required to adequately ventilation your kitchen to BS 6173 & IGEM/UP19
